So many women have told me that they just can't stick with an exercise routine because they don't have time. They don't have fancy equipment. They don't know what to do for a workout and how not to get hurt.

I am a certified fitness trainer that specializes in working with moms. I am a mom of three and I love coffee.


I am so excited for you to join the Strong Moms Summer Challenge and to help you prioritize your own health and fitness goals!


From my own personal experience and after coaching many women over the last few years, a common trend I hear is moms putting their own needs and wants behind everyone else's. Their personal goals tend to be low on their priority list and finding time (and being consistent) to exercise and eat well can be a challenge. 


Before having my kids, I would spend hours in the gym and prepping meals each week. After having them, I quickly realized that wasn’t super realistic in this season of life, because of all of the unexpected demands and getting pulled in so many different directions. So I created better ways to stay on track and be more efficient when it came to exercise and eating healthy which involved much shorter amounts of time working out. I implemented similar strategies with other busy moms I was working with and started seeing less feelings of burnout, higher rates of adherence to exercise, and more results which was amazing! 


The “perfect” opportunity doesn’t always arise, especially for us moms, so we will strive for consistency in quick workouts to reach our goals. This challenge will take the overwhelm out of what to do, how to do it, and how to stick with it when it comes to exercise, eating well, and fitting it all into your busy schedule.

How does it work? 

Upon purchasing, you will receive a confirmation email with information on how to set up your account on the Strong Moms membership portal. On the portal, you will find the nutritional habit challenges, workouts, videos, workout calendar, a link to join the private Facebook group, and bonus content. The challenge is from Monday, June 29th-Friday, July 24th.

Is this a weight loss challenge?

No. This is not a challenge that focuses on weight loss. Rather, we will focus on shifting into healthier eating habits and creating consistency around exercise, without feeling restricted. Fat loss may be a side effect of shifting into these sustainable habits.

What equipment will I need?

You can do the workouts at home (or the gym if you prefer)-all you need is a pair of dumbbells, a mini band, a longer resistance band, and a door anchor!

I'm brand new to exercise, is this meant for me?

Yes! You do not have to be at a certain fitness level to join and be successful in the Strong Moms Summer Challenge! Modifications will be provided for each exercise in the videos. In addition, the nutritional habits that we will focus on will not be restrictive; they will be realistic for a busy schedule.

Can I do this if I have pelvic floor symptoms?

I recommend seeing a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to get a good grasp on your specific symptoms and how to best manage (please email anna@boltefitness.com if you are having any trouble finding one near you). I provide modifications for various pelvic floor symptoms, however, each person and their symptoms are different, but I would be happy to help you learn how you can best manage symptoms with specific movements and continue with the exercise you enjoy!
