I'm Anna

I've been in the fitness industry for over 10 years but it wasn't until I had my first baby that I saw it: there were massive gaps in the women's health, fitness, and athleticism space. 

​

Women are commonly experiencing symptoms such as prolapse, diastasis recti, and navigating major life events like pregnancy and postpartum with little to no support. 

​

Typical fitness programs, gyms, and coaches frequently do not consider the needs, struggles, or real lives of busy moms and parents. 

​

The "look" that  fitness and some women's health spaces have tends to be oppressive and excludes BIPOC, LGBTQ+ , people living in larger bodies, and other folks in marginalized bodies.

How does this even work? (And other fAQS)

  • As soon as you sign-up, you'll receive a Welcome Email with links to download the Bolte Fitness App and a thorough walk-through of how to navigate the program.
     
  • Your deliberately programmed Strength-Focused workouts will be scheduled for you Mon, Wed, and Fri (but you can do them any time you like.) These will stay the same for the month, with built-in progressions to make sure you're getting stronger with every session.
     
  • The app will walk you through each workout, from one exercise to the next so you'll never have to wonder what you're supposed to be doing.
     
  • Each exercise will have a demo video, where I'll coach you on form and give you adjustments. You'll always have an option that works for your body.
     
  • If you have any questions, you can pop them into the group chat and I'll send you a text, video, or voice message coaching reply.
     
  • There will be additional video workouts, such as mobility, stretching, or cardio available in the Movement Library. You can do these on the road, when you're craving movement, or when you just want to rebel against the schedule.
What happens after I sign-up?

Once you’ve clicked through to start your subscription payment, you'll receive a Welcome Email. This will give you all the information you need to know to navigate the program and walk you through next steps.

I'm brand new to exercise, is this meant for me?

Strong Fit is best-suited for folks who have had some previous exercise experience.

What equipment do I need?

Strong Fit has two tracks to provide options for varying equipment access.

​

A - Full Access: This track is meant for those with a gym membership or a fairly established home gym. You will need a barbell, plates, pull-up bar, kettlebells, rings, and a cardio machine (eg. rower, air bike, treadmill, etc.)

​

B - Flex Access: This track is meant for those who need an at-home option and who have basic equipment available. You will need a mini band, dumbbells, and something sturdy to step up on to (eg. a stair, step, chair, etc).

Is this a weight loss program?

This program does not focus on weight loss, harmful diet culture, and negative body image language. Bolte Fitness aims ensure that its spaces support sustainable habits and safety for all women and folks.

How often will I be billed?

StrongFit is an ongoing monthly program, so you pay month-to-month with no contracts. You are able to pause or cancel your membership at any time, with two weeks notice given through email.

Can I do this if I have pain, core, or pelvic floor symptoms?

Strong Fit is best for folks who have well-managed pain, core, and pelvic floor symptoms, have laid a foundation for their return to exercise. (For help with this, please reach out or go here.)  That said, I am proud to provide appropriate modifications, strategies, and alternatives for these symptoms to help you continue to get strong and learn how to confidently navigate exercise.
