A WORKOUT IS NOT JUST A BUNCH OF EXERCISES THROWN TOGETHER. IT’S KIND OF LIKE A PLACE

A PLACE WHERE YOU FELT LIKE YOURSELF.

BUT THEN YOU HAD A BABY.

NOW WHEN YOU THINK ABOUT EXERCISING, THERE IS WAY TOO MUCH INFORMATION AND UNCERTAINTY. 

CERTAIN MOVEMENTS FEEL, WELL, TERRIBLE.

INSTEAD OF HELPING YOU TO FEEL EMPOWERED, EXERCISE IS MAKING YOU LEAVING YOU STRESSED, FRUSTRATED, AND LET DOWN.

 

IT FEELS LIKE YOU’VE LOST YOUR STRENGTH, ABILITIES, 

AND MAYBE EVEN YOURSELF.

IT’S DEFEATING, ESPECIALLY BECAUSE IT’S BEEN AFFECTING YOU OUTSIDE OF EXERCISE TOO.

YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO SQUAT DOWN AND PICK UP YOUR BABY, 

BEND OVER TO GRAB THE TOY THEY’VE THROWN ON THE FLOOR (AGAIN…),

AND LIFT THE AWKWARD STROLLER INTO THE VEHICLE.

  • IS A PROGRAM DESIGNED TO HELP YOU BUILD A STRONG FOUNDATION, WITH CONSIDERATIONS FOR YOUR CORE AND PELVIC FLOOR AND YOUR LONG-TERM ATHLETICISM  

 

  • WILL TEACH YOU HOW TO SAFELY PROGRESS MOVEMENT (NO MORE GUESSING!) SO YOU ARE READY TO JUMP BACK INTO RUNNING, JUMPING, AND LIFTING WEIGHTS, WITHOUT FEELING LIKE YOUR INSIDES ARE FALLING OUT OF YOU, LEAKING, OR PAIN.  

 

  • GIVE YOU THE CONFIDENCE TO RETURN TO EXERCISE SO THAT YOU CAN DO THE THINGS YOU LOVE IN THE GYM AND IN MOTHERHOOD

THE KNOWLEDGE I GAINED WAS MY FAVORITE ASPECT! I HAD A REALLY HARD TIME FINDING SOMEONE WITH LEGITIMATE PELVIC FLOOR KNOWLEDGE (THAT DIDN'T THINK I SHOULD JUST SIT IN THE HOUSE UNTIL IT WAS BETTER).

I'm Anna!

I've been in the fitness industry for over 10 years but it wasn't until I had my first baby that I saw it: there were massive gaps in the women's health, fitness, and athleticism space. 

Women are commonly experiencing symptoms such as prolapse, diastasis recti, and navigating major life events like pregnancy and postpartum with little to no support. 

Typical fitness programs, gyms, and coaches frequently do not consider the needs, struggles, or real lives of busy moms and parents. 

The "look" that  fitness and some women's health spaces have tends to be oppressive and excludes BIPOC, LGBTQ+ , people living in larger bodies, and other folks in marginalized bodies.

This is exactly what motivated me to build a welcoming, educational, anti-oppressive space - both in-person and virtually - to better support the women and folks that I get the opportunity to work with.

I can help you to feel confident in the gym and in life, and to gain power, capability, knowledge, and the support system you need to do all the things you love without hesitation.
