and hoping you can keep up with whatever lifting, movement, or activity comes your way in your day-to-day life.

Hi,
I'm Anna

I've been in the fitness industry for over 10 years but it wasn't until I had my first baby that I saw it: there were massive gaps in the women's health, fitness, and athleticism space. 

Women are commonly experiencing symptoms such as prolapse, diastasis recti, and navigating major life events like pregnancy and postpartum with little to no support. 

Typical fitness programs, gyms, and coaches frequently do not consider the needs, struggles, or real lives of busy moms and parents. 

The "look" that  fitness and some women's health spaces have tends to be oppressive and excludes BIPOC, LGBTQ+ , people living in larger bodies, and other folks in marginalized bodies.

This is exactly what motivated me to build a welcoming, educational, anti-oppressive space - both in-person and virtually - to better support the women and folks that I get the opportunity to work with.

I can help you to feel confident in the gym and in life, and to gain power, capability, knowledge, and the support system you need to do all the things you love without hesitation.

Once you’ve clicked through to submit payment, you'll receive a welcome email. This will give you all the information you need to know for the class and walk you through next steps.

Your Strong Fit Membership will become active on July 8th and you are able to attend classes from that day forward.

I'm brand new to exercise, is this meant for me?

Absolutely! You'll learn the fundamentals of strength training and build strength and confidence in the gym in a supportive group with a variety of abilities and skill levels. To ensure you get the most out of every session, it may be suggested that you do a consultation prior to your first session. Email anna@boltefitness.com to discuss further.

Is this a weight loss program?

This program does not focus on weight loss, harmful diet culture, and negative body image language. Bolte Fitness aims to provide a space that supports sustainable habits and safety for all women and folks.

How often will I be billed?

StrongFit is an ongoing monthly program, so you pay month-to-month with no contracts. You are able to pause or cancel your membership at any time, with two weeks notice given through email.

Can I do this if I have pain, core, or pelvic floor symptoms?

I recommend seeing a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to get a good grasp on your specific symptoms and how to best manage (please email anna@boltefitness.com if you are having any trouble finding one near you). I will provide appropriate modifications for various core and pelvic floor symptoms to help you learn how you can best manage symptoms with specific movements and continue with the exercise you enjoy!
