I am here to help!

I have been there before. I felt confused and frustrated with what to do to continue exercising during pregnancy and returning postpartum. The advice of doing what I had always done didn't sit well. I wanted to know how and why other considerations should be taken during this chapter.

Women need more guidance.

Listening to your body is not enough guidance during pregnancy. And just making movement modifications isn't enough either. It's learning how and why movements should be performed differently in this season, and knowing that if you take the time to do this now, you will be in a much better place later.

There is so much more to postpartum fitness than just returning to what you were doing prior to pregnancy once you get the green light at your 4-6 week postpartum check up. Many women are still experiencing symptoms from pregnancy and birth, such as incontinence, pelvic pain, weak abdominal muscles or diastasis recti, and pelvic floor dysfunction.

Further guidance in continuing exercise during pregnancy and making a return, regardless of type, is essential in long term strength, function, and performance.

It is my mission to support and empower women.

As a certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach, I am here to help guide you through this chapter. There are many considerations that should be looked at and I will provide you with the resources you need to bridge the gap between your practitioners and your coaches and training. I will meet you where you are at and support you where you want to go.

I work with moms who:

  • Want general exercise considerations and modifications during pregnancy AND postpartum

  • Are wanting to begin an exercise program that fits with their lifestyle

  • Are experiencing:

    • Diastasis Recti

    • Incontinence

    • Pelvic, Back, Hip, Etc. Pain

    • Pelvic Floor Dysfunction or Pelvic Organ Prolapse

Whether you are a new mom or years postpartum, a mom who wants to keep up with the demands of life and keep up with your kids, a CrossFitter, powerlifter, dancer, runner, stroller fitness or group fitness class goer, or anything in between, you will benefit from this guidance. Whatever it is that you want to continue doing, or get back to doing, I am here with you through this season to provide you with the tools you need to feel empowered.

This is a free call to discuss what you are looking for and how I can help support you to get you where you want to be.
