Your Coach

I'm Anna Bolte and I've been in the fitness industry for over 10 years in various capacities. It wasn't until I had my first baby that I realized there was a HUGE missing gap in the women's health and athleticism space, so I took it upon myself to learn everything I could to better support the women I get the opportunity to work with.

I consider myself a lifelong learner and enjoy geeking out on all things women's health.

I'm a wife and mom of three, so I fully understand the importance of living a healthy, wholesome life in order to keep up with a demanding schedule. I have a soft spot for moms and moms-to-be, and my mission is to educate women about their bodies so they have knowledge and support to gain strength and confidence during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.


How does it work?

Upon purchasing, you will gain access to a private member portal where you will find the 6 week program, bonus content, and resources for Core Restore for Fit Moms. There will be demo videos for each of the exercises and all the information and guidance you will need!

What equipment do I need?

You will need dumbbells, a medium band, and a mini band. A kettlebell, barbell, box/bench are all optional additional pieces of equipment, but you do NOT need them.

How long are the workouts?

You should finish each of the workouts, including warm up and cool down, within 45 minutes.

I'm brand new to exercise, is this meant for me?

This program is meant for women who are familiar and have some experience with exercise. 

I'm over 6 months postpartum, will I benefit from this?

Yes! It's never too late to build a strong foundation, progress exercises appropriately, and learn how to manage any symptoms.

Anna was able to help me learn breathing techniques to help improve my strength by focusing on my core. She was also very easy to relate to as she has also had 2 children of her own. She inspired me to feel confident in my body, even though it was not as strong as it used to be before having children. I have been able to continue the exercises I learned through Core Restore taught me and get closer to my health and fitness goals to this day. I would highly recommend Core Restore to anyone who has been through pregnancy!


The exercise videos were so helpful for me; I knew how to do each exercise correctly and confidently. 

I have gained knowledge about proper breathing and exercises that strengthen my pelvic floor. 

Before Core Restore, I was not confident in my ability to exercise, without hurting myself or losing control of my bladder.

The knowledge I gained was my favorite aspect! I had a really hard time finding someone with legitimate pelvic floor knowledge (that didn't think I should just sit in the house until it was better). I like how Anna wasn't afraid for us to try movements, and I felt comfortable pushing the limits a little while she was coaching.  

I've gained confidence in my post-baby body, along with information for continued success. 

I'm definitely in a more confident place. Any other women thinking of doing this, definitely should! 


Before Core Restore, I had just given birth to my fourth baby in seven years. I desired to work with a trainer knowledgeable about postpartum and pelvic floor health in order to restore strength and function to my body after pregnancy and childbirth. Anna was that trainer! As she coached, she watched closely, making sure my movements were challenging me but also not causing further damage to my body. The knowledge I gained while working with Anna has given me greater confidence as I continue my postpartum fitness journey. My advice to the pregnant or postpartum woman would be to work with a coach like Anna who understands the specific needs of women and can help implement strategies to improve their overall core strength.
