What If...

You could feel confident in how you exercise in pregnancy and returning to the workouts and intensity you love postpartum?

Core Foundations.png

A 6 week in-person pregnancy and postpartum fitness program for ALL moms to learn how navigate exercise and to do what's appropriate during this season.

Core Foundations

As a New Mom

  • You want to continue working out, but "doing what you have always done" is confusing and doesn't provide clear guidance on HOW to exercise during pregnancy.

  • Becoming a mom comes with a lot of new territory. There is so much focus on the baby and their needs that your own needs might get pushed to the wayside.

  • You want to get back to your workouts after baby, but it is overwhelming to even think about getting back to the gym and exercising the way you once did.

  • There are programs online promising to "get your body back", but most of these programs miss the mark and have VERY LITTLE, if any, to do with how a pregnant and postpartum body needs to approach returning to exercise differently with core and pelvic floor health in mind in order to set up for long term performance and function.

Who is it for?

  • Pregnant and postpartum moms who want to exercise, but feel overwhelmed and confused with where to start or how to continue.

  • Moms who were told they cannot continue intense exercise they enjoy because of symptoms of leaking, diastasis recti, or pelvic floor dysfunction.

  • Women who want to set up for an optimal postpartum recovery by building a strong foundation.

  • Moms who don’t want to have to worry about leaking, pain, or making any symptoms worse.

  • Women who have already returned to exercise, but feel weak in their core and are experiencing pain and symptoms.

  • Moms who are ready to feel strong, confident, educated, and empowered in their bodies!

After Completing Core Foundations

  • It educates and guides you on how to build a strong foundation with considerations for your core and pelvic floor to set you up for long term athleticism.

  • It will teach you how to safely proceed with movement in pregnancy and help set you up for an optimal postpartum recovery by building a strong foundation.

  • You will learn how to safely progress movement, so you are ready to jump back into running, jumping, and lifting weights, WITHOUT feeling like your insides are falling out of you after baby.

  • This program will leave you feeling confident going back to higher intensity workouts and keeping up with the demands of motherhood.

FAQ

How does it work?

Upon registering, Anna will contact you with address and other logistical details and the program will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12 p.m. for 6 weeks in Roland, beginning meeting on Tuesday, June 22nd through July 29th.

Do I need to have experience exercising?

No! We will meet you where you are at and help guide you through exercise during these chapters.

How long are the workouts?

We will meet for 1 hour sessions, twice a week, for 6 weeks.

Do I have to be at a certain point in pregnancy?

No! You can join as soon as soon as you find out you are pregnant! However, if you are in the last few weeks of pregnancy, I would suggest a private session (or a few) instead so you don't miss out on any sessions in the program. Contact Anna at anna@boltefitness.com with any questions and to help find the best option for you.

How soon can I begin postpartum?

You should be cleared by your OB/midwife for activity, so typically anywhere from 4-8 weeks postpartum.

I have been experiencing some symptoms, is it okay for me to join?

You will need a physician's clearance prior to beginning the program and we highly suggest seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist (let us know if you need a recommedation!), but your symptoms will be addressed and taken into consideration to help you manage and improve them as best as you can.

TESTIMONIALS

Veronica

Anna was able to help me learn breathing techniques to help improve my strength by focusing on my core. She was also very easy to relate to as she has also had 2 children of her own. She inspired me to feel confident in my body, even though it was not as strong as it used to be before having children. I have been able to continue the exercises I learned through Core Restore taught me and get closer to my health and fitness goals to this day. I would highly recommend Core Restore to anyone who has been through pregnancy!

Carly

The exercise videos were so helpful for me; I knew how to do each exercise correctly and confidently.

I have gained knowledge about proper breathing and exercises that strengthen my pelvic floor.

Before Core Restore, I was not confident in my ability to exercise, without hurting myself or losing control of my bladder.
If you are sick of peeing when you do literally anything, you will certainly benefit from this!

Katie

The knowledge I gained was my favorite aspect! I had a really hard time finding someone with legitimate pelvic floor knowledge (that didn't think I should just sit in the house until it was better). I like how Anna wasn't afraid for us to try movements, and I felt comfortable pushing the limits a little while she was coaching.

I've gained confidence in my post-baby body, along with information for continued success.

I'm definitely in a more confident place. Any other women thinking of doing this, definitely should!

Pamela

Before Core Restore, I had just given birth to my fourth baby in seven years. I desired to work with a trainer knowledgeable about postpartum and pelvic floor health in order to restore strength and function to my body after pregnancy and childbirth. Anna was that trainer! As she coached, she watched closely, making sure my movements were challenging me but also not causing further damage to my body. The knowledge I gained while working with Anna has given me greater confidence as I continue my postpartum fitness journey. My advice to the pregnant or postpartum woman would be to work with a coach like Anna who understands the specific needs of women and can help implement strategies to improve their overall core strength.
