6 week Pregnancy and Postpartum Program for ALL moms. 
Learn strategies to regain core and pelvic floor strength and function so you can get back to the workouts you love, maintain strength, and have more energy.

MomFit *IN-PERSON Mom & Baby Class*

A group class for moms (pregnant or postpartum) and babies! 
Train with a group of other moms just like you and feel confident and strong in your new body. Tailored towards each mom's needs and goals while having a strong emphasis on long term performance and health and function of the core and pelvic floor.


Saturdays 9:00-10:00AM at CrossFit Midpoint
Begins November 2, 2019 

Babies and other children are welcome. Mobile children can play in the kid's room. 

Registration prior to first class is required.
